All my life I’ve searched for an answer I didn’t know I was searching for… Over the last four years I was searching for it more than ever. I was very confused and depressed. Eventually, after so much darkness in my life, one day something strange happened. I had an awakening moment which led me to write this book.

You can’t do anything without discipline. That’s a fact!
How many times you said you are going to DO IT, but just not now? Maybe tomorrow, or next Monday or next year… How many times you wanted to implement a discipline or a habit and it didn’t work?

If you are still not convinced about this great lack of discipline or you may think you don’t need a book to teach you how to be disciplined then let me propose you something to test it out…
Let’s pick something random to test if you can keep your disciplines. In this book there is a great exercise to improve the ability to focus. The exercise is like this:
Draw a dot on your wall or on a sheet of paper and stick it on your wall. Then for the next 10 days do the following exercise that will take only 5 minutes a day. A total of 50 minutes for 10 ten days. Is it much to ask?
Ok, here’s the exercise. Set a countdown timer for 5 minutes and for those 5 minutes focus your attention and your mind on that dot. Try to stay focused with your mind on that dot. If you feel your mind wonders about other stuff, bring it back to the dot and don’t feel bad about it.
Simply said. Can you stare 5 minutes every day at a dot on a wall for 10 days without missing any a single day? Sounds simple, but can you actually do it?
If you already know that you can’t keep this exercise for 10 days, you may want to get the book right now and start reading it. If you can’t do this exercise, you probably can’t achieve your goals either.
I used to be like that too, but using the information in this book, I could finally keep my disciplines. I promise, after you read this you will be a much more disciplined person.
I’ve studied a lot of books including Napoleon Hill’s work which led into Andrew Carnegie’s work because Carnegie was Napoleon Hill’s mentor. Carnegie was the man that inspired Napoleon Hill to spend his entire life studying the laws of achievement. Now, Carnegie introduced him to presidents and heads of corporations like, you know, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Harvey Firestone, and he goes on and on — about 500 of the world’s most successful people at that time. Carnegie was at the time, the wealthiest person in the world. It is said that he was one of the first billionaires. Carnegie talked about self-discipline. When you master that, you are already ahead of the game. He said:

At least not for me, anyway. You’ve got to stick with it. If it was easy everybody would do it. So if you’re looking for a “magic pill” or an “easy button” that’ll get you results, I’m not your guy.
